bought the pet water fountain in feb2023 do its been running 24 / 7 / 365 for 2 years - the pump was running super slow so bought this replacement pump and it worked like a charm - my pets love the moving water in this fountain - and its ceramic so my kitty with an allergy to plastic is safe too >^..^< <3 >^..^<

3 Easy Steps to Clean the Pump
Take the Pump Apart
Remove & keep the blue faceplate by using your finger to pull on the small tab on the side.
Remove the Stator
Remove & keep the blue teardrop-shaped stator by pulling up on the small lip.
Remove the Impeller
Use a fingernail to pull out the impeller, which is held in place magnetically. Clean the pump parts with warm water and soap, then reassemble.

Works but only for 7 months
The work and fit for the pet 360 water fountain, but Iv ordered these so far 3x because every 7 months they stop working! I wish I could find another one of these, but this is the only one that works with my fountain. I put a picture of the fountain I use so if your having trouble finding the right replacement pump like I was, here is the fountain it’s compatible with.

So the description doesn’t say that it comes with an AC adapter, which was ok with me bc I was going to use my old one, however one came in the box. I decided to replace everything not knowing which part had actually stopped working. Started working great and fit my fountain although it was not listed in the pictures. I purchased it anyway bc it was the exact same pump that my fountain came with although another reviewer with the same PetSafe fountain had a different pump. So glad it came in one day as I don’t think my spoiled cat drank any water bc it wasn’t flowing. 🤣. Cats…

Me gustó más que la original
Ya coloque la bomba y le queda súper bien a este tipo de fuente tipo pagota. Viene como se muestra en la fotografía. Es fácil de quitar y lavar. Me gustó más que la bomba original que traía mi fuente porque esta es azul con negro y parece que hace menos ruido hasta ahora ha funcionado muy bien. La recomiendo como repuesto.SophieMe gustó más que la original
